She was born on April 18, 1946 in Cochran, GA to the late Myrick C & Mamie Elizabeth Padgett Crosby. Mrs. Manley was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her son, Sgt. Ronnie L. Shelley, Sr.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, November 28, 2009 in the Chapel of Music Funeral Services with burial to follow in Sunset Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, November 27, 2009 at the funeral home.
