Of Valdosta passed away early Saturday, July 12, 2008 morning in South Georgia Medical Center after a brief illness. She was born July 4, 1924 in Clinch County to the late James, Sr. and Isley Everett Bennett. Ms. Taylor worked as a bookkeeper at Langdale Ford Company for 30 years and was Methodist by Faith. Along with her parents, she was preceded by a Brother, James J. Bennett, Jr.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, July 14, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. in the Valdosta Chapel of Music Funeral Services with Rev. Charlie Scarborough officiating. The family will receive friends Monday, July 14, 2008 from 1:00 until service time.
