Loney Louise Brown – 84
Of Valdosta passed away on Friday, December 24, 2021 in the Suwanee Valley Nursing Center in Jasper, Florida. She was born in Jasper, Florida on December 1, 1937 to the late Rufus D. and Elizabeth Cribbs Anderson. She was a floor associate working with Walmart for 16 years and enjoyed bowling and playing softball, enjoyed singing duets in church and was a faithful member of Westside Baptist Church. . In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Ralph Carl Brown and a son David Reaves.
Survivors include: son, Tim Reaves (Pam) of Hahira, Georgia; sister, Virginia Hughes (James) of Clewiston, Florida; grandchildren, Justin Reaves of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Ashley Reaves (Fiance Dean) of Savannah, Georgia, Michael Reaves (Sommer) of Hahira, Georgia, Heather Grenat (Steve) of Valdosta, Georgia and Clay Thomas (Lauren) of Ray City, Georgia; nieces Wanda Hughes of Clewiston, Florida, Gloria Ramsey (Spencer) of Bridge City, Texas; 11 great grandchildren and other extended family.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday December 29, 2021 in the Westside Baptist Church in Valdosta. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service. Private interment will be held in the Jasper City Cemetery in Jasper, Florida. Kind words and expressions of sympathy may be left for the family at www.musicfuneralservices.com .
