Louis F. Krachinsky, Jr. – 69

Of Valdosta passed away unexpectedly in Abbeville, Georgia on Thursday, April 21, 2004. Mr. Krachinsky moved to Georgia in 1976 from Ellwood City, Pennsylvania to start his own business. He was the owner of Custom Wood Products until his retirement due to ill health in 1997. He served honorably in the United States Army and was a veteran of Korean War, an Assistant Scout Master for Troop 491, a member of the Knights of Columbus and the Benevolent Protective Order of Elks.

A funeral mass was held in the Chapel at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church on May 8, 2004 at 10:00 A.M. Family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to service. Burial will take place in Pennsylvania. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the St. John’s Catholic Church Building Fund, 800 Gornto Road, Valdosta, GA. 31602 or the Boy Scouts of America, 1841 Norman Drive, Valdosta, GA. 31601.

Music Funeral Services of Valdosta is serving the Krachinsky family.
