Louise P. Zeigler

Louise P. Zeigler, 83, went to be with the Lord on November 28, 2016 at Langdale Hospice House. Ms. Louise was born in Pinegrove, GA on May 2, 1933 to the late Carson and Minnie Lee Pope. She was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother and made a career of doing it well. She was a longtime member of Macedonia Baptist Church and loved her church family. Ms. Louise is preceded in death by her loving husband, Carroll B. Zeigler, two brothers, James Pope and Carroll "Buddy" Tedder and one sister, Elizabeth Palace.

She will be remembered with love by her Daughters, Phyllis Gary True of Mocksville, NC and Debbie Grier Sowell of Lizella, GA; Grandchildren, Christy Brian Jacobs, Andrea Thomas Fain, William Renee Sowell and Nicholas Alannah Sowell; 8 great-grandchildren; 2 Brothers; Henry Frances Pope and Fred Ann Tedder; 3 Sisters, Mildred Travis Yeomans, Carolyn Johnny Greene and Patricia Alvin Carlton; Sister-in-Law, Linda Evans and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at 11:00A.M. at Macedonia Baptist Church in Mayday, GA with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday, November 29, 2016 from 6:00P.M. until 8:00P.M. at the funeral home.
