Madeline Marie "Penny" Miller

Madeline Marie “Penny” Miller, age 73, of Valdosta, Georgia, died, Monday, July 26, 2021 at her residence surrounded by her family. Madeline was born on February 9, 1948 to the late Myrtle Marie Daniels and Leroy Charles Dorman, in New Buffalo, Pennsylvania. She was a high school graduate and went on to be the office manager for Florida Rock and Mining. She was preceded in death by her husband, William August Miller and a son Clint Miller. Penny’s favorite quote, “Raise a glass of your favorite drink – Jack, Crown or Beer (and I hope it’s not tea or milk – It ruins the tradition) and toast or roast me on my way.”
Survivors include her daughter in law: Pamela “Pam” Miller of Valdosta, Georgia; granddaughter Kyliee Miller of Valdosta, Georgia; two sisters, Mardell “Nell” Hunter of New Buffalo, Pennsylvania, Linda Joyce of Greensboro, North Carolina; two brothers, Ron Dorman of Greensboro, North Carolina, Dale Dorman and wife Beverly of Kenansville, North Carolina; and a number of nieces, nephews, and extended friends also survive.
