Marc Michael David Rogers

“Marc” Michael David Rogers – 69 of Valdosta, Georgia passed away on Wednesday September 2, 2020 at his home after a courageous battle with cancer. Marc was born on December 3, 1950 in Valdosta, Georgia to the late Marie Hooker and Arnie Jackson Rogers. He was a licensed accountant for many years and went on to own his own firm. Marc was a talented keyboardist and also a licensed pilot. Most of all, Marc enjoyed cooking for his friends and family and was known for his incredible cooking and food presentation skills. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his siblings: Huron Rogers, Jack Rogers, Bobby Rogers, Larry Rogers, and Irma Rogers Grier.
Survivors include his loving partner/husband of 34 years, Michael Carroll of Valdosta, Georgia; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Marc will be held at 9:30 AM on Saturday September 5, 2020 in the Valdosta Chapel of Music Funeral Services, with interment to follow in Friendship Cemetery in Hahira, Georgia.
