Passed away Thursday, July 24, 2014 at South Georgia Medical Center. She was born May 17, 1932 in Clinch County, GA to the late Joe and Cena Smith Gilbert. She was in the Restaurant Business as a waitress for over 40 years and was a member of Camp Creek Baptist Church. Mrs. Bell loved to cook, garden, work in the yard, and love her animals, but her greatest joy was raising and spending time with her 8 children. She is preceded in death by 2 Sons, Sammy Bargeron and Wayne Davis, 3 Sisters; Lonnie Joyce, Elizabeth Kellner, and Mary Phillips and 2 Brothers; Johnny Gilbert and Rev. J.C. Gilbert.
Survivors Include: Husband of 25 Years; David Bell of Valdosta, GA; 3 Daughters and Son-in-law: Leah & Gene Luke of Griffin, GA, Mimi Ingle of Cumming, GA, Velma Davis of Sarasota, FL; 3 Sons & Daughter-in-law: Jim Bargeron of Valdosta, GA, Allen & Sherry Bargeron of Hereford, Texas, Gilbert Davis of Valdosta, GA; 21 Grandchildren; 23 Great Grandchildren. A great number of Nieces & Nephews.
A graveside service will be held Saturday July 26, 2014 at 2:00P.M in Arabia Bay Cemetery in Clinch County, GA. The family will receive friends Friday July 25, 2014 from 6:00P.M to 8:00P.M at the funeral home. Sympathy may be expressed online at www.musicfuneralservices.com .
