Margaret "Maggie" Dorneden

Margaret “Maggie” Dorneden – 75 Of Valdosta, Georgia passed away at South Georgia Medical Center- Lanier Campus on November 26, 2020. She was born on July 1, 1945 in London, England to the late Earnest and Elizabeth Youngman. Margaret was a volunteer at the St. Francis Center and was a member of the British Wives Club. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, James “Jim” Edward Dorneden, grandchild, Jacob Miller, and sister Maud Parson. Survivors include: Daughter; Suzanne Miller and husband Jeff of Panama City, Florida; Son; Doug Dorneden and wife Lorraine of Hahira, Georgia;
Grandchildren: Jonathan Holt, Heike Miller, Michael Miller, Mark Miller, Matthew Miller, Hope Miller. Great Grandchildren Chloe and Kaitlyn Sisters: Elizabeth Bassett, twin sister Vera Stevens and husband Ray and Elsie Kifff; Brother: Frank Youngman and wife Brenda; Numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members. A memorial service will be held at St. John’s Catholic Church at 11:00 AM on Thursday, December 3, 2020.
