Margaret E. Hall, 81, Lakeland, passed away early Monday morning March 28, 2005, at Lakeland Villa Convalescent Center after a lengthy illness.
She was born in Ware County and had lived in Lakeland most of her life. She worked at Halls Department store in Lakeland with her mother and father-in-law; she also worked in civil service at Moody Air Force Base. Her last employment was sewing in Dupont. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles M. Hall, and a daughter, Beth Hall Kirkland. She was a member of the Lakeland United Methodist Church.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Phyllis Hall, Douglas; a brother, Roy Sunday, Orlando, Fla.; eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 30, 2005, in the Lakeland United Methodist Church with Rev. Ron Smith officiating. Burial will be at Empire Cemetery in Lanier County.
