Of Winder Georgia, formerly of Valdosta, passed away Saturday afternoon, January 10, 2004 in the Barrow County Community Hospital. She was born in Pierce County, Georgia and had lived most of her life in Lowndes County. She was Baptist by faith. Her husband, Carroll B. Rogers, Jr, precedes Mrs. Rogers in death.
