She was Holiness by faith and a member of the Little Block Church in Ray City. Mrs. Royals was preceded in death by her husband William "James" Royals.

Funeral services were held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday November 9, 2003 in the Little Block Holiness Church in Ray City. Burial will following in Beaver Dam.
