Of Lakeland, GA passed away Sunday, May 25, 2014 after a lengthy illness at her residence. She was born December 11, 1938 in Lanier County to the late Clifford and Beulah Moncrief Burkhalter. She retired after 32 years of service at Louis Smith Memorial Hospital in the Registration Department. She is preceded in death by her parents, Husband, W D Singletary, Brother, W C Smith
Survivors Include: Husband, Garland Marshall Headley Sr., Lakeland, GA; Son & Daughter-in-law, Danny & Peggy Singletary, Vaden, MS; Daughter & Son-in-law, Faith & David Walker, Nashville, GA; Daughter & Son-in-law, Monya & Bruce Mathis, Nashville, GA; Son & Daughter-in-law, Mark & June Singletary, Lakeland, GA; Sister, Jeanette Cook, Lakeland, GA; Grandchildren: Michelle Smith, Danya Shealy, Josh Walker, Kristy Mathis, Justin Walker, Amanda Singletary, and Ben Singletary; Great Grandchildren: Aizlinn Mathis, Ty Shealy, Khloe Walker, Isabella Shealy, Layden Walker, and Rebekah Smith and A number of Nieces & Nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00AM Tuesday, May 27, 2014 in the Chapel of Music Funeral Services in Lakeland with burial to follow in Fender Cemetery. Visitation will be held 6:00PM- 8:00PM Monday, May 26, 2014 at the funeral home.
