Maria Nancy Blanquera Williams – 63
Of Orange Park, FL passed away Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at Haven Hospice in Orange Park. She was born on November 27, 1951 in the Philippines to Alfredo and Ruth Curameng Blanquera, Sr. She served her country in the United States Navy and retired as a Yeoman First Class Petty Officer and then went on and retired with the Federal Civil Service. She received 1st and 2nd awards in National Defense Service, 1st and 2nd awards in "Navy E Ribbon", and 5 awards for the "Navy Good Conduct Medal". Maria graduated with a degree in Information Technology. She won multiple awards in fitness and body building in Hawaii where she also received an award for Miss Hawaii Fitness. Maria was the owner, manager and instructor of the Hawaiian Dance Company in Jacksonville, FL. She was a member of multiple clubs and organizations including the Mary Queen of Heaven Catholic Church. Maria was a daughter, sister, wife, mother, aunt, friend, confidant, counselor, peacemaker and her many attributes were kind, outgoing, high-spirited, talented and smart. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Dean Bryan, a sister, Fatima Blanquera, and a nephew, Guilfred Bailon.

A mass will be held at 9:00AM on Saturday, August 1, 2015 in the Lakeland Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Lakeland, GA with burial to follow in Burnt Church Cemetery. Sympathy may be expressed online at
