Maria Rita "Sheila" Gregory

Maria Rita “Sheila”Gregory – 52 of Valdosta passed away early Wednesday Morning, June 2, 2021 in the South Georgia Medical Center. Maria was born in the Philippines to Danny and Avelina Hernandez on January 11, 1969. She was employed in Guest Services at Quality Inn in Valdosta. She was preceded in death by her father Danny Hernandez.

Survivors include: Husband, James Gregory of Valdosta, Georgia; Son Youki Wakayama of Tokyo, Japan; Daughter Jazmyn Gregory, Valdosta, Georgia; Son Zachary Gregory of Valdosta, Georgia; Mother Avelina Hernandez of Tokyo, Japan; Brothers Joseph Hernandez and Reynold Penas both of Manilla, Philippines, Sisters, Kristel Doyas of Wichita, Kansas and Chatty Penas of Tokyo, Japan

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday June 5, 2021 in the chapel of Music Funeral Services, 3831 N. Valdosta Road, Valdosta.
