She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, James Edward Scott and was a member of Lakeland First Baptist Church.

Funeral Services will be he held 11:00a.m. Wendsday, October 19, 2011in the Lakeland Chapel of Music Funeral Services and burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday, October 18, 2011 from 6:00-8:00p.m.
