Marilyn Ann Turner

Marilyn Turner – 72 of Valdosta passed away at her residence on Tuesday, June 1, 2021. She was born on July 12, 1948 to the late Mary Dell Kent and Lawton Hughes. She was a bookkeeper for Regional EMS. Marilyn was a loving mother, grandmother enjoyed cooking and was best known for her baking. She loved to fish but most of all loved her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include: Loving Husband of 31 years, Buddy Turner of Valdosta, Georgia; Son Chris Sanders and Wife Kayla Lake Park, Georgia; 2 Grandchildren: Jayden Sanders Lake Park, Georgia Kane Sanders, Lake Park, Georgia; 2 Brothers Jimmy Hughes and wife Barbara Valdosta, Georgia Wayne Hughes Valdosta, Georgia

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, June 4, 2021 in the Valdosta Chapel of Music Funeral Services, 3831 N. Valdosta Road, Valdosta, Georgia. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M on Thursday, June 3, 2021 at the funeral home. The Turner family is being served by the professional and caring staff of Music Funeral Services, Valdosta, Georgia.
