Of Hahira passed away Sunday, January 2, 2011 in South Georgia Medical Center. She was born in Lowndes County on July 25, 1946 to the late Harold Lee & Irene Simmons Bennett.
She is survived by her, Daughter & Son-in-law, Kim & William Goff, Hahira, GA; Grandchildren, Trent Goff, Hahira, GA, Erin Goff, Hahira, GA; Brother, Jerry Bennett, Lake Park, GA; Special Cousin, Judy Burnette, Gainesville, GA; Special Friends, Johnny Cooper, Orlando, FL, Sonny & Flo Perdue, Indiana; Special Niece, Dorothy Wilkins, Hahira, GA; Host of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins
As per her wishes she will be cremated and a private memorial service will be held at a later date.
