Martha Jean Berger – 61
Of Ray City, GA passed away Sunday, June 15, 2014 in South Georgia Medical Center from a sudden illness. She was born February 5, 1953 to the late John Thomas and Lucile Merritt Cooper in Ray City, GA. She attended New Covenant Church. Along with her parents she is also preceded in death by her husband James Berger, two brothers Danny Ray Cooper and Jerome Cooper and a sister Betty Joyce Gray.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, June 18, 2014 in the First Baptist Church of Ray City at 10 AM with burial following in the Beaver Dam Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday, June 17, 2014 from 5 to 7 PM at the funeral Home. Music Funeral Services of Lakeland is serving the family.
