Of Lake Park, GA passed away Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at her residence. She was born on October 11, 1939 in Sylvania, GA to James Matthew Dickey and Gladys Joyner. She enjoyed reading, sewing, and traveling. She was a member of the Airport Church of Christ and of the Church of Christ Faith. Along with her Father she was preceded in death by: three brothers; Matthew Albert Dickey, Jimmy Benjamin Dickey, and Jerry Alton Dickey.
Survivors Include: Husband, James "Jimmy" Wade Copeland of Lake Park, GA; Mother, Gladys Joyner of Memphis, TN; Daughter & Son-in-law, Geannie & Jerry McMullen of Valdosta, GA; Daughter & Son-in-law, Karen & Tommy Dasher of Valdosta, GA; Son & Daughter-in-law, David & Tammy Mock of Jacksonville, GA; Daughter & Son-in-law, Susan & James McMullen of Valdosta, GA; Daughter & Son-in-law, Dora & John Watson of Lake Park, GA; Daughter & Son-in-law, Heather & William Hall of Waycross, GA; Daughter by Love, Stacy & Jack, Jr. Cardin of Valdosta, GA; Son by Love, Neal Copeland of Adel, GA; Brothers, Carl Edwin Dickey, James Eric Dickey & Roland Neal Dickey; 21 Grandchildren; 18 Great Grandchildren and numerous of Nieces & Nephews.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, December 29, 2016 at 11:00A.M. in the Valdosta Chapel of Music Funeral Services with burial to follow in Dasher Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services from 10:00A.M. until 11:00A.M. at the funeral home.
