Mary Lillian Cunningham – 87
Of Nixa, MO passed away on Sunday, March 12, 2017 at Nixa Nursing and Rehab. She was born on January 6, 1930 in Lakeland, GA to Jim and Lola (Croley) Browning. Mary was a hardworking loving wife, mother and grandmother. She selflessly devoted her life to caring for her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Owen Cunningham, her son, Gary Smith and her sister, Myrtle Mills.
Survivors include her Daughter-in-Law, Betty Smith of Lakeland, FL; Daughters & Sons-in-Law, Charlotte & Dr. Jerry Nichols of Litchfield, KY, Debbie West of Tulsa, OK, Pamela & Danny Nixon of Desoto, MO; Sons & Daughters-in-Law, Lee & Mary Cunningham of Nixa, MO, Dr. Keith & Michelle Cunningham of Phoenix, AZ,
Kevin & Kim Cunningham of Winterhaven, FL; 17 Grandchildren; Several Great Grandchildren; Sisters & Brother-in-Law, Mable & Carl Bolling of Lakeland, GA;
Ruth Benefield of Lakeland, GA, Marie Coble of Valdosta, GA, Brothers, Albert Browning of Tampa, FL, Wendell Browning of Lakeland, GA; and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at Southside Baptist Church in Lakeland, GA with burial to follow in Greenlawn Cemetery.
