Mary Elizabeth Jolley

Mary Elizabeth Jolley, 91, of Statenville, GA passed away Wednesday, February 25, 2015, at her residence. She was born on October 1, 1923 to the late Samuel and Florence Daniels Wilson. She worked as a homemaker for many years. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She was a seamstress and loved her family and friends. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband of 59 years William Oliver Jolley, son, Herman Oliver, 3 brothers, Milton Wilson, Albert Wilson, and B.H. Aldridge, and 3 sisters, Mildred Robinson, Lorene Pitts, and Jewell Harris.

Survivors include: Daughter: Margaret Schottel; Port Charlett, FL, Daughter & Son-in-law: Linda Carter Charles; Statenville, GA, Sister: Evelyn Fowler; Waycross, GA, Brother: Edwin Aldridge; Waycross, GA, Sister: Lucy Harris; Lakeland, FL, Grandchildren: Andrea Jolley, Jonathon Schottel, Peter Jolley, Marcie Degiovine, Charley Carter, Christian Hope Carter, Great Grandchildren: David, Alyss, Chase, Catie, Kataya, Alexis, Cody, Matthew, JJ, Chaya, Hunter, Olivia, Great Great Grandchildren: Alexis and Catherine.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, March 1, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the Valdosta chapel of Music Funeral Services with burial to follow in Wayfare Cemetery in Statenville, GA.
