She was born May 16, 1945 in Berrien County to the late Jeff & Fannie Mae Overstreet Boyd. The family would like the express their gratitude to Covenant Emergency Medical Services for their many years of assistance and transportation of Ms. Roe.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, May 4, 2014 in the Lakeland Chapel of Music Funeral Services with burial to follow in Westview Cemetery. The family will receive friends this afternoon Saturday, May 3, 2014 from 3:00P.M to 5:00P.M. at the funeral home.
