She was born August 20, 1926 to the late Frank and Eliza Ray Rowland in Berrien County, GA. She was an insurance billing coordinator for Leesburg Regional Medical Center in Leesburg, FL.

Graveside services will be held at 12:00 P.M. Saturday December 8, 2012 in Empire Cemetery in Lanier County, GA. The family will receive friends between 10:00 and 12:00 A.M.
