Mary Elizabeth Rousseau – 72
Of Nashville, GA passed away on Saturday, August 18, 2018 at South Georgia Medical Center. She was born on September 24, 1945 in Nashville, GA. She was a wonderful Christian woman who spent her life encouraging others. She was preceded in death by her mother, Hazel (Swain) Allen; sisters, Emily Wyatt and Betty Jean Prince.
Survivors include: Husband, Bob Rousseau of Nashville, GA; Daughter, Tina Barrett of Valdosta, GA; Daughter and Son-in-law, Sherry and Rick Dodson of Hahira, GA; Grandchildren: Tyler Barrett (Felina), Taylor Barrett, and Landon Whistle; Great Grandchildren: Braylen and Ella Rose; Sister, Emory Seko of Nashville, GA; Sister and Brother-in-law, Clarice and James Hairr of Columbus, GA; Several nieces and nephews; Brother-in-law, Russell and Micky Rousseau of Adrian, MI, Alvin and Kathy Rousseau of Las Vegas, NV, Billy and Audri Rousseau of Wabeno, WI; Special Aunt, Marlene Bintz.
Funeral service will be held at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, August 21, 2018 in the Lakeland Chapel of Music Funeral Services with burial to follow at Empire Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 21, 2018 from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM at the funeral home. Messages of sympathy may be expressed online at www.musicfuneralservices.com .
