of Valdosta passed away Saturday, November 24, 2007 at South Georgia Medical Center after a sudden illness. She was born June 16, 1968 in Brunswick, Georgia and had lived in Valdosta for most of her life. M.J. enjoyed spending time with her family.
Survivors include: Husband, Randall Stephens, Valdosta; 2 Daughters, Beth Thornton, Warner Robins, Ga., Susan Metzler, Pennsylvania; 2 Sons, Milton Thornton, Valdosta, Darrell Thornton, Valdosta; 2 Grandchildren: Cory Thornton & Destiny Thornton; Father & Mother, Edward & Mary Alice Lane, Valdosta
