Of Valdosta, GA passed away at her residence on Wednesday, March 9, 2016. She was born on October 10, 1939 in Ocala, FL to the late Robert and Sylvania Sue Arnold Shaw. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Windham; three sons, Robert Hutchinson, David Hutchinson, and Jimmy Hutchinson; and a grandson, Robby Hutchinson. Ms. Windham worked at Hazlehurst Mills, as a weaver, for 17 years. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Ms. Windham is survived by a daughter, Ms. Sue Hutchinson, of Valdosta, GA; ten grandchildren, Christie Vice Carl, Kimberly Blythe Chris, Malinda Sue Hutchinson, Dana Lynn Sali Stevie, J. R. Hutchinson, Casey Raffield Timothy, LaDonna Crump Jason, Shelly Davis Derrick, Brandy Brantley John, and Jody Jermaine Dennis; a number of great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren; a sister and brother-in-law, Patsy Wilkerson Bob; a sister, Sue Ann Mayham; and a number of nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 13, 2016 in the Valdosta Chapel of Music Funeral Services with burial to follow at Riverview Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Saturday night, March 12, 2016 at the funeral home. Sympathies may be expressed online at www.musicfuneralservices.com .
