Of Valdosta passed away Thursday, June 10, 2010 in Heritage House Nursing Home, Valdosta, GA; which had been her home for the past eight years. Mrs. Wooley was born in Hamblin County, TN on January 20, 1920 to Lucy Ella Shopshire Smith and Eugene Smith. She was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, William J. Wooley, February 21, 1981 and a grandson, Johnny Dewayne Jowers, June 5, 2001, mother, Lucy Ella Bible, step father Ike Bible and father, Eugene Smith
