She was born on February 17, 1976 in Albany, GA to Lawrence Neel of Lakeland and the late Imogene Wells Neel who passed away in September. She worked at South Georgia Medical Center as a nurse. She was all about her family, friends, pets and nursing. Along with her mother, she was preceded in death by her Aunt, Lucille Chambers.
Survivors include her Husband, Tim Pickett of Valdosta, GA; Daughter, Alyssa Neel Kendall Godwin of Valdosta, GA; Son, Justin Pickett of Valdosta, GA; Daughter, Paige Pickett of Valdosta, GA; Sisters & Brothers-in-Law, Theresa & Earl Durrance of Lakeland, GA, Stephanie & Mike Anderson of Lakeland, GA; Brothers & Sisters-in-Law, Tim & Collen Neel of Wyoming, PA, Jerry & Lori Lawson of Myakka City, FL, William Neel Lauren Giddens of Valdosta, GA; Father-in-Law & Mother-in-Law, Dave & Janice Pickett of Tallahassee, FL; Sister-in-Law, Annette Pickett Garrett of Tallahassee, FL; Brother-in-Law & Sister-in-Law, Scott & Whitney Pickett of Tallahassee, FL and a number of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at Philadelphia Baptist Church, 3091 Troupeville Rd, Quitman, GA 31643 with burial to follow in Riverview Memorial Gardens.
