Passed away Monday, July 1, 2013 at his residence following a brief illness. Mr. Barber was born July 13, 1944 to the late Delma Moss and Braswell Barber. He was retired from Valdosta Hardware as a route salesman. He was preceded in death by a brother, Ronnie Barber.
His survivors include his wife- Margaret Barber of Valdosta, GA; Two Sons-Chris Barber and Gary Cofield, both of Valdosta, GA; Grandaughters- Kristen Barber, Elizabeth Barber, and Megan Cofield; Sister: Wanda Askew of Valdosta, GA; Special Friends: Joey and Leslie Howell of Valdosta, GA.
As per his wishes he will be cremated and no formal services will be held.
