Of Valdosta, Passed away early Tuesday February 15, 2005 in Lake Haven Nursing Home after a brief illness. Mr. Morris was born in Hamilton County, FL on May 3, 1933 to the late O.K. and Gertrude Spellers Register. Mr. Register had a great love for writing songs and playing many string instruments. He was preceded in death by a sister, Annette Register, and 5 Brothers, Lynberg, Charles, Bud, Otto, and Ellery Register.
Survivors include:
4 sisters and Brothers-in-Laws Jeannette & Robert Maine Lake City, FL
Audrey & Bobby Williams Quitman, GA
Winnie Faye & Bobby Trowell Valdosta, GA
Rachel & Johnny Chastain Valdosta, GA
3 Brothers & Sister-in-Laws Alvin & Mary Register Statenville, GA
Arnold & Ann Register Valdosta, GA
Russell Register Cairo, GA
And a number of nieces and Nephews
As per Mr. Registers wishes, he will be Cremated and a services will be will be held at a later date.
