Myra Lucille "Lulu" Register - 75
Of Valdosta passed away Sunday, July 25, 2010 after a short illness. She was born on December 4, 1934 in Lowndes County, GA. Lucille was a retired homemaker, a childcare provider and an active member of Bethany Baptist Church. She enjoyed being a vice president of the Valdosta Daylily Society and a volunteer with the SGMC Ladies Auxiliary. Lucille is preceded in death by her husband, Bryant Jerome Register, and her father, JB Cowart.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at Bethany Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery with the Rev. Don Smith officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday, July 27, 2010 at the funeral home. Flowers will be accepted or donations can be made to Lakehaven Nursing Home, 410 Northside Drive, Valdosta, GA. 31601 or to the Pink Ladies Auxiliary at South Georgia Medical Center, 2501 North Patterson Street, Valdosta, GA. 31602.
