Of Howell GA passed away early Thursday morning, April 30, 2009 in the South Georgia Medical Center in Valdosta, GA after a lengthy illness. She was born October 9, 1930 in Jacksonville, FL to the late George Dewey and Annie Lee Roberson. Honey loved to cook for anyone at any time especially her family. Fishing was her passion she enjoyed in her spare time, along with watching "her Boys" the Atlanta Braves. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Dean R. Sikes, Grandson, Jason Deen, Grandson Wayne George Kimberly, 1 Sister and 1 Brother. She was a member of the Antioch Church in Lake Park, GA

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Saturday, May 2, 2009 in the Lakeland chapel of Music Funeral Services with burial to follow in Greenlawn cemetery in Lakeland, GA. The family will receive friends tonight Friday, May 1, 2009 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home
