Nadine Livingston Branch – 81
Of Stockton, passed away Thursday, December 8, 2011 at her residence after a lengthy illness. She was born February 3, 1930 to Henry P. Livingston and Josephine Boyd Livingston. She attended school in Lanier County until she moved at the end of her junior year to Clinch County where she finished her High School Education. She was a graduate of Valdosta Technical College and South Georgia College where she received an Associate's Degree in Nursing. While attending South Georgia College she was selected as "Who's Who in American Jr. Colleges." She later attended Valdosta State College. She was a registered nurse in both Georgia and Florida. She spent most of her life practicing the profession she loved. She was preceded in death by her late husband, William H. Branch, her parents, and two sisters and two brothers. She is survived by her three children, Judy Bridges, Bruce Branch, and William Branch all of Lanier County, also a special son-in-law, Bill Bridges of Lakeland, four grandsons, Heath Branch of Lakeland, Will Branch of Lowndes County, Brian Branch of Adel, and Blake Branch of Ware County. She is also survived by one brother, Ben Livingston of Naylor, two step brothers, Swenson and Carol Bennett, and one step sister, Christine of Stockton, and several special nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, December 11, 2011 in the Stockton Baptist Church and burial will following the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service.
