Of Nashville, GA passed away early Sunday morning, July 14, 2013 in Crestwood Nursing Facility at Valdosta, GA after a lengthy illness. She was born August 10, 1928 in Berrien County, GA to the late Elzie N. and Elizabeth Gallagher Miller. She was a member of the Ray City United Methodist Church. She enjoyed staying home, working alongside her husband, taking care of her family and friends. As well as her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband Ira G. Register and a brother, Clyde Miller.

Funeral Services will be held 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, July 16, 2013 in the Lakeland Chapel of Music Funeral Services in Lakeland, GA. with burial to follow in the Empire Cemetery in Lanier County, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday, July 15, 2013 from 6 to 8 P.M.
