Of Quitman, passed away Monday evening, December 11, 2006 in Augusta after a lengthy illness. He was born February 28, 1944 to Dorothy Petty Whited and the late Nathaniel Whited. He lived in the Quitman area for the past 25 years. And worked for Microcraft for the past 5 years. Mr. Whited was a member of the United States Air Force and the First Assembly of God.
Survivors include: Wife, Margaret Whited, Quitman, GA; 2 Daughters and Sons-in-Law, Bonnie & Jake Terry, Valdosta, GA, Audrey & Don Manac, DuPont, GA; Son & Daughter-in-Law, Tony & Cathy Maine, Nashville, GA; 5 Grandchildren; Neil Terry, Eric Wilkes, Shane Manac, Brandon Manac, & Stephanie Maine; Brothers and Sister-in-law; David & Jan Whited, San Diego, CA, Dennis & Peggy Whited, Seattle, WA
and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Saturday, December 16, 2006 at 11:00 A.M. in the First Assembly of God with burial following in Sunset Hill Cemetery.
