Of Ray City, GA passed away on Wednesday, January 23, 2013 in South Georgia Medical Center. She was born on October 28, 1939 in Ray City, GA to the late D. C. and Clara Jean Harrod. She was of the Christian faith and a homemaker. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Salvador R. Linares, Jr. and a son, Salvador "Buddy" Linares III.
Her survivors include:
Son & Daughter-in-Law, Dave & Jane Linares Owners of the Lighthouse Grill of Lakeland, GA;
Son, Timothy Linares of Dunedin, FL;
Brothers, Henry Harrod of Albany, GA;
Jimmy Harrod of Ray City, GA;
Larry Harrod of Ray City, GA;
Pixie Harrod of Nashville, GA;
Local Granddaughter, Stefani Linares of Ray City, GA;
Local Grandson, Michael Linares of Ray City, GA
Funeral Services will be 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, January 26, 2013 in the Lakeland Chapel of Music Funeral Services. The family will receive friends one hour prior 1:00 P.M. to the services. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Music Funeral Services. Graveside services will be held in Tampa, FL.
