Of Valdosta, GA passed away on Monday March 23, 2020 at Langdale Hospice House in Valdosta, GA surrounded by her loving family. She was born on May 13, 1947 in Bogue Chitto, MS to the late J. Hugh and Marie Wall. She enjoyed cooking, traveling and spending time with her family. Oneta was a lab technician at the Davey Whitney Building in Detroit Michigan until her relocation to Valdosta where she later retired. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Sandra Grimes; sister, Diane Card; 2 brothers, James Hugh Wall, Leversey Wall; nephews: Micah Celwyn Mitchell and Rodney Hugh Wall.
Survivors include her: Husband, Charles Grimes of Valdosta, GA; Son, Dennis Demetris Wall of Valdosta, GA; Daughter, Zandra Grimes Greene of Macon, GA; Grandchildren: Tiffany Greene, Brandon Wall, Takara Grimes, Darrian Greene, Isaac Vanover-Wall; Great Grandchildren: Charise, Aalaya, Jordan, Kobe; Sisters and Brother-in-law, Theresa Crutchfield of Detroit, MI, Lorraine and James Mitchell of Valdosta, GA; Special Nephew, Eric Dunzo of Hendersonville TN; Numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
