Ouida Chadwick

Ouida Chadwick, 70, passed away Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at South Georgia Medical Center. She was born December 17, 1946 in Tifton, GA to the late Henry and Mary Jane (Tucker) Guess. Mrs. Chadwick worked with her husband, Larry Chadwick as the bookkeeper for Chadwick Framing. She enjoyed her time with gardening, crafts and her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Chadwick.
Survivors include: 3 Daughters & Son in Laws: Cindy & Bobby Ellis, Valdosta, GA, Keri & Mark Hodges, Hahira, GA, Stephanie & Tommy Conway, Ray City, GA; 2 Sons & Daughter in law: Bill & Christy Martin, Valdosta, GA, Reese Chadwick, Hahira, GA; 8 Grandchildren; 3 Great Grandchildren; Sister: Louise Singletary, Sylvester, GA; 5 Brothers & Sisters-in-law: Edward & Myra Guess, Fruitland Park, Emory & Vivian Guess, Bushnell, FL, Joe & Nora Guess, Adel, GA, Jason & Sue Guess, Tifton, GA, Harold & Marla Guess, La Follette, TN and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 26, 2017 in the Valdosta Chapel of Music Funeral Services. A private family burial will be held in Beaver Dam Cemetery, Ray City, GA.
