Pamela Lynn (Lunger) Hannawell, age 45, of Homerville, GA (formerly of Dubois, PA), passed away on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at Memorial Satilla Health in Waycross, GA. Pamela was born in the Punxsutawney Area Hospital to her loving parents, Dean E. Lunger and Angela (Young) Taylor on January 14, 1981.

She loved animals that led to her working at an animal shelter. She enjoyed listening to music, loving God, and being with her family. Pam loved spending time at the beach.

She is preceded in death by her father, Dean E. Lunger and her grandparents.

Pam is survived by her mother and stepfather Angie and Rick Taylor of Canton, GA; brother, Cory Allessie of Pittsburgh, PA; her dog, Henry; cats, Issac and Ray; along with several aunts, uncles and extended family members.
