Patricia Ann Altman – 64

Of Stockton passed away Friday, July 31, 2015 at her residence after a lengthy illness. She was born on September 18, 1950 in Hoboken, GA to the late Frank & Juanita Johns Crews. She enjoyed working crossword puzzles but most important was her grandbabies. She was Baptist by faith.

Survivors Include: Husband of 47 years, William "W.R." Altman, Stockton, GA; 3 Daughters & Son-in-law: Renee Altman, Stockton, GA, Anita Smith, Stockton, GA, Jennifer & Casey Howard, Stockton, GA; 2 Sons & Daughter-in-law: William "Bill" & Scarlette Altman, Jr., Ackworth, GA, David Altman, Stockton, GA; 15 Grandchildren: Cecelia Gallardo, Jacquelyn Gallucci, Heather Weisbrodt, Daisy Altman, Marie Altman, Sierra Altman, Chelsea McDonald, Jason Smith, Paige Smith, Taylin Smith, Zack Altman, Brittany Altman, Will Altman, Morgan Altman and Sadie Howard; 6 Great Grandchildren: Lily Thompson, Leeland Jones, Elizabeth Gallucci, Williame Gallucci, Kylin Kennedy and Asher McDonald; 2 Sisters & Brother-in-law: Linda Crews Johns, Jacksonville, FL, Joyce & Antonio Garcia, Parhrump, NV and a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, August 3, 2015 in the Lakeland Chapel of Music Funeral Services with the Rev. Michael Bass officiating.
