Of Valdosta GA passed away Friday October 29, 2010 at her residence after a brief illness. She was born March 26, 1936 in Alma, GA to the late Clyde H. Ragsdale and Inez Stokes Pilon. Mrs. Pennington was retired from 36 years of service with the Levi Strauss Co. She is preceded in death by her parents and a daughter Cynthia Amanda Watson.
