Patrick "Glenn" Miley

Patrick “Glenn” Miley – 52 of Lakeland, GA passed away Thursday, June 14, 2018 at South Georgia Medical Center surrounded by his loving and dedicated family after a hard-fought battle with a lengthy illness. He was born in Hahira, GA to the late Tommie & Linda (Barker) Miley. Glenn was a loyal employee of Adel Trading Company/Mackey Lumber Company for over 25 years where he formed lasting bonds and friendships with co-workers and customers alike. He loved his family dearly and was well respected in the community. He will always be remembered for his strong work ethic, friendly smile and willingness to help others. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Harry Miley and sister, Michele Gray.
He is survived by his Wife of 23 years: Sonya Miley, Lakeland; Son & Daughter-in-law: Coleman Miley & Amanda (Spell) Miley, Valdosta; Son: Alex Miley , Lakeland; Daughter: Amber Miley, Lakeland; Father-in-law & Mother-in-law: Jim & Carmen Wood, Ray City; Sister & Brother-in-law: Jenny & Pat Herring, Lake Park; Nieces and Nephews: Jared Gray, Jordan Gray, Erin McRae, Jade Gilmore and Haley Gentry and a number of cousins and dear friends.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, June 16, 2018 in the Valdosta Chapel of Music Funeral Services with burial following in Riverview Memorial Gardens.
