Of Valdosta passed away Monday, September 17, 2007 in Lakehaven Nursing Home after a brief illness. She was born on November 28, 1936 in Birmingham, AL to the late Pascal Elewood Ryan and Dorothy Welland Conner. She has been a residence of Valdosta since 1974, coming from Jacksonville, FL. She graduated from Hillsborough High School. Ms. McCoy was a member of Brandons Jr. Womens Club, Grey Lady at Beaumont Army Hospital, Secretary of Kappa Epsilon Chapter, Kappa Delta Phi Sorority, a National Business Girls Sorority in Tampa and a member of the First Christian Church Disciples of Christ.
Survivors include:2 Daughters & Son-in-law, Linda Belcher, Valdosta, GA, Amy and Mark Massey, Panama City, FL, 7 Grandchildren, 3 Great-Grandchildren, 2 Sisters & Brother-in-law, Peggy and Carl Parnell, Gainesville, FL, Woodie Ryan, St. Augustine, FL, Longtime Friend, Norman Eddie Chadwick, Valdosta, GA
