Quinton H. Warren, Jr. – 83
Of Valdosta, GA passed away Wednesday morning, November 30, 2016 at his residence. He was born on June 7, 1933 in Valdosta, GA to the late Quinton Hughes and Lena Bell Woodward Warren, Sr. Mr. Warren was a United States Marine and served during the Korean War. He worked with the Owen-Illinois Bag Plant for 27 years. He was a charter member and trustee of the New Harvest United Methodist Church. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, James Edward Warren.
Left to cherish the memories of Quinton are his Wife of 57 years, Mary Bennett Warren of Valdosta, GA; Son, Quinton "Hugh" Warren, III of Atlanta, GA; Son & Daughter-in-Law, Michael "Steve" & Carrie Warren of Lady Lake, FL; Grandchildren, Harley Warren, Abbey Warren, Hannah Warren; Sister, Leonora Smith of Valdosta, GA; 3 Sisters-in-law, Helen K. "Smokey" Warren of Monroe, LA, Deloris Raulerson of Statenville, Ga, Peggy Bennett of Valdosta, GA and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM Saturday, December 3, 2016 in the Valdosta Chapel of Music Funeral Services with burial to follow in Wayfare Cemetery in Echols County.
