Of Valdosta passed away Saturday, December 23, 2006 in South Georgia Medical Center after a lengthy illness. Carl was born May 16, 1929 to the late Sidney and Hattie Waggoner Brown in Savannah, GA. He was a member of Westside Baptist Church and is preceded in death by his sons, Alec Brown and Ralph Brown, Jr.
Survivors Include: Wife, Loney Brown, Valdosta, GA; Son, Mark Brown, Atlanta, GA; Daughter, Carla Cohn, Atlanta, GA; Stepson, William Timothy Reaves, Valdosta, GA; Special Niece, Kathryn Mason, Valdosta, GA
