Ralph W. Johnson, Sr. – 76

Of Lake Park passed away early Tuesday morning April 20, 2004 in Crestwood Nursing Home after a lengthy illness. He was born on May 28, 1927 to the late Frank & Mamie Townsend Johnson in Lowndes County were he lived most of his life. Mr. Johnson served in the United States Army and was a member of the Lake Park Church of God. His daughter, Gail Johnson, preceded him in death.

Funeral services were held at 3:00 P.M. Friday April 23, 2004 at the Lake Park Church of God with the Rev. Keith Sandlin officiating. Burial will followed in Mt. Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery.

Music Funeral Services of Valdosta is served the Johnson family.
