Of Nashville Ga. passed away Saturday October 5, 2013 at his home after a lengthy illness. He was born on September 5, 1946 in Noma FL. to the late Grady Ramsey Skipper and Bessie Pippin. He was retired from Winter Garden Exchange where he worked as a shipping supervisor.

As per his wishes he will be cremated and a memorial service will be held Wednesday October 9, 2013 at 1:00 P.M in the chapel of Music Funeral Services of Lakeland Ga.
