Randall Eulie Spells – 74
Of Ray City passed away Monday, May 25, 2009 at his residence after a lengthy illness. He was born in Berrien County on December 17, 1934 to the late Eulie & Lillie Ray Spells. Mr. Spells served in the United States Navy. He also served in the Ready Reserve National Guard and worked in law enforcement as a Police Chief in Lanier County. He is preceded in death by his brother, William Spells.

Funeral services held at 3:00 PM Wednesday, May 27, 2009 in the Valdosta Chapel of Music Funeral Services with burial to follow in Friendship Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday, May 26, 2009 at the funeral home.
