Raymond C. Bennett – 71

Of Stockton, GA passed away at his residence early Sunday morning November 2, 2008, surrounded by his loving family and friends after a lengthy battle with cancer. He was born January 12, 1937 and lived all of his life in Lanier County, GA. He was a foreman and heavy equipment operator with Reames Construction Company for 25 years. He enjoyed the outdoors fishing in Banks Lake with his fishing buddy Buzzy Kight as often as possible. He was preceded in death by his parents Buck and Nellie Bennett Harris.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday November 5, 2008 in the Lakeland Chapel of Music Funeral Services with burial in Wayfare Cemetery in Echols County, GA.
